By accessing or using MilesAhead (milesahead.club), operated by Gadewar Ventures LLP ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

MilesAhead is a loyalty optimization platform that helps users compare credit card rewards, transfer routes, earn rules, and live deals across Indian premium credit cards. The Service provides:

• Credit card reward comparison and optimization tools
• Transfer partner route analysis with live bonus tracking
• Earn rules engine for spend category analysis
• Live deals tracker for transfer bonuses and promotions

3. Not Financial Advice

All reward point valuations, return percentages, and optimization suggestions are estimates based on publicly available information and may not reflect actual values at the time of redemption.

You should independently verify all information before making financial decisions. We are not responsible for any financial loss, missed rewards, or suboptimal outcomes resulting from reliance on information provided by the Service.

4. No Affiliation

MilesAhead is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any of the following:

• Credit card issuers (HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, American Express, ICICI Bank, SBI Card, HSBC, Standard Chartered, IDFC First Bank, AU Small Finance Bank, or any other issuer)
• Airline loyalty programs (Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, Air France-KLM Flying Blue, British Airways Avios, Etihad Guest, Japan Airlines Mileage Bank, United MileagePlus, Vistara Club Vistara, Air India Flying Returns, or any other program)
• Hotel loyalty programs (Marriott Bonvoy, IHG One Rewards, Hilton Honors, Accor ALL, or any other program)
• Booking platforms (SmartBuy, Travel EDGE, Rove, or any other platform)

All product names, logos, trademarks, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Their mention on MilesAhead is for informational purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

5. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
• One person may maintain only one account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service's content without written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

7. Intellectual Property

All content on MilesAhead — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, optimization logic, UI design, and software — is the intellectual property of Gadewar Ventures LLP and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Data Accuracy & Limitations

• Reward point values, transfer ratios, earn rates, and deal information are sourced from publicly available data and may change without notice.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep data current but do not guarantee real-time accuracy.
• Credit card terms, reward programs, and transfer partner conditions are subject to change by the respective issuers and programs at any time.
• SmartBuy caps, acceleration tiers, and category exclusions may change without prior notice from card issuers.
• Always verify current terms directly with your card issuer or loyalty program before making decisions.

9. Free Tier & Pricing

MilesAhead is currently free for the first 1,000 users. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans, modify pricing, or change feature availability at any time. Existing free users will be given reasonable advance notice before any changes that would limit their current access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• In no event shall MilesAhead, Gadewar Ventures LLP, or its officers, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MilesAhead, Gadewar Ventures LLP, and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at legal@milesahead.club. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MilesAhead regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
